Sąd dyscyplinarny zdecyduje, czy Bogdan Święczkowski i Bartłomiej Sochański zostaną zawieszeni w obowiązkach sędziów Trybunału Konstytucyjnego. Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, która ogłosiła przejęcie kierowania TK, wyjaśniła procedurę dalszego postępowania. Zapowiedziała również zwołanie Zgromadzenia Ogólnego Sędziów TK w związku z wnioskami prokuratora generalnego o uchylenie immunitetów.
