Jest dla mnie oczywiste, że Karol Nawrocki i Jarosław Kaczyński dążą do zachowania większości w Trybunale przez sędziów wyłonionych przez PiS. Niemniej oczywiste jest dla mnie też to, że premier Donald Tusk także dąży do uczynienia z TK narzędzia w swych rękach, a nie do „przywrócenia Trybunału obywatelom” – pisze Aleksander Hall, zasłużony działacz opozycji antykomunistycznej i minister w rządzie Tadeusza Mazowieckiego.
