Prokuratura Okręgowa w Warszawie skierowała akt oskarżenia przeciwko Grzegorzowi Braunowi oraz pięciu innym osobom. Europosłowi zarzucono cztery czyny, w tym kradzieże flag Ukrainy i Unii Europejskiej, zniszczenie wystawy LGBT+ w Sejmie oraz zniesławienie organizatorów akcji Żonkile. Wśród oskarżonych znalazł się również poseł Roman Fritz.
