עורך הדין סובחי מחאמיד מאום אל-פחם נעצר אתמול (שלישי) בחשד להעלמת הכנסות בהיקף של כתשעה מיליון שקל ולהפצת חשבוניות פיקטיביות בסכום של כ-13 מיליון שקל. המעצר בוצע במסגרת מבצע אכיפה נרחב בעיר ובסביבתה, בהשתתפות מאות שוטרים ולוחמי מג"ב, חוקרי רשות המסים ונציגי רשויות נוספות. בדיון בבית משפט השלום בחדרה הכחיש מחאמיד את החשדות הנוגעים לחברה שלטענת החוקרים הייתה בשליטתו. מעצרו הוארך בשלושה ימים.
