Як змінились ціни на первинку в Києві за рік? У першому півріччі 2026 року в Україні розпочали будівництво 47,4 тис. квартир і одноквартирних будинків - це на 3% менше, ніж за аналогічний період торік. Найдорожчі новобудови у Львові та Києві, причому у столиці стартова ціна за рік зросла на 18%.
